Be Happy, Eat Goji Berry

It is indeed difficult for some people to be happy especially when they don’t get what they want much more if they are not satisfied of something they have. To the people in Tibet, they have their own definition of happiness. To them, they won’t feel happy if they can’t eat Goji Berries in a day. It is just like having a very dull day if they don’t have Goji berry in their meals either.
Upon getting fresh from its trees, they are shade-dried, but they are not artificially sweetened by means of chemicals. Because of the people’s natural way of consuming it, it is not miraculous anymore if most of Tibetans get happy the entire day, with a practice, you can’t stop smiling the whole day.
