All you have to do is place 2 small stuffs (rubber or ballpen work perfect) around forty centimeters apart from each other. Place your head in between them although raise it up high just like you’re reading a novel. Turn your head to concentrate on the left item and try not to look at the right item.

Initially, you’ll discover that that’s challenging to do because you’re spreading out your concentration. Yet keep doing it. Remember to blink and breathe deeply when you’re focusing. Do the same thing for the right item and switch every five minutes.

That exercise re-activate your eye’s potential to concentrate. Diffusing your focus places stress on your eye muscles – the cause of awful vision.
