Eat less food – Eating one steak a day instead of two is much better. But, if you want to be healthy and lose weight quickly, then why not cut it down to much less then 1 steak a day? You can eat a quarter of that steak instead. Smaller portions will lessen the amount of fat you gain by a lot. If you’re still hungry, fill up on other foods. There are healthier alternatives that don’t have as much calories or fat in them. Fresh vegetable salads and fruits are great things to help you not go hungry. Wheat bread can help you feel full after each meal too.

Drink a lot of water – A lot of water should be drunk if you want to keep from being hungry too. Because your body is made up of 70% water, you need to make sure that you’re always hydrated. You will be able to keep your hunger at bay and eat less if you drink more water and this means that you will be able to sweat more. By sweating more, you’re helping your body to flush out the fats it has and you can do this by some light exercises.
