How does energy healing work best? Is there a secret?

The biggest secret I know about energy healing is not really a secret, I’m just going to make you aware of it.

What thing is the most important of all to you? Is it your job, family, or car? Some people might say it is food, water and oxygen, as without these things we would die.

It is the power that runs the mind, the light inside of it. The more aware or conscious of your awareness you are, the more you know that you are the observer that sees all, feels, hears, and tastes the entire reality within and without, the better quality your life will have.
