Fats also are an important part of one’s diet but should be taken in moderation. Oils including olive, canola, coconut and walnut and products such as cream butter make up the oils or fats category in a list of low carbohydrate foods. Moreover, fruits for example, apples, oranges, grapes, and berries such as raspberries and strawberries should also be added to one’s diet. However, dried fruit and fruit juices are not usually recommended.

Choosing one’s diet from a list of low carbohydrate food would probably be the healthiest decision one would make. Nonetheless, it should always be remembered to balance the daily diet so the other required nutrients won’t be left out.
